Service Description
Protect your RV from costly leaks and extend the life of your roof with our comprehensive cleaning, inspection, and resealing service. Designed to catch small issues before they become expensive repairs, the Southern Shield™ Package provides professional maintenance and peace of mind for your investment. Package Includes: ✔ Blow off all roof debris and contaminants ✔ Complete soft wash & condition treatment of the RV roof ✔ Thorough awning cleaning ✔ Detailed roof inspection ✔ Remove old or failed sealant in problem areas, if needed ✔ Apply new Dicor self-leveling sealant where required ✔ Apply Dicor non-sage to front & rear corners of cap ✔ Inspect slide-out seals and components ✔ Replace slide seals if needed or lubricate (materials billed separately) ✔ Full roof condition report and maintenance recommendations ✔ Provide photo documentation for extended or manufacture warranty One-Time Service Priced at -$399 or for only $486 per year to enroll in our Roof maintenance package. Southern Shield™ Maintenance Plan Never worry about your RV roof maintenance again. As a maintenance member, we'll return every six months to perform our complete Southern Shield™ service, helping prevent leaks, extend roof life, and keep your RV adventure-ready year-round. Additional sealants, replacement parts, and extensive repairs outside normal maintenance are billed separately.

Terms & Conditions: • Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and services selected. Final pricing may vary upon inspection. • Excessively dirty vehicles, oxidation, pet hair, mold, sap, tree debris, or heavily neglected surfaces may incur additional charges. • Backwater Surface Solutions reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle or RV presents unsafe conditions or biohazards. • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. • Water and electrical access may be required depending on the service location. • Service times are estimates and may vary based on the condition and size of the vehicle or RV. • Exterior detailing does not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, oxidation, scratches, paint defects, or surface imperfections unless paint correction services are specifically purchased. • Roof inspections and resealing services are preventative maintenance services and do not guarantee that all existing or future leaks will be eliminated. • Additional repairs, replacement parts, sealants, and materials are not included unless otherwise stated and will be approved by the customer before work is performed. • Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. • Due to weather conditions, appointments may be rescheduled for safety and quality purposes. • By scheduling service with Backwater Surface Solutions, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
